At Borvane, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your product.

Return Window

Customers can request a return within 60 days from the date the order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging, if possible
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address by email.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as the return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as Borvane is not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

We may not be able to accept returns if the item:

  • Is damaged after delivery
  • Has stains, odors, or visible signs of wear
  • Is returned after the 60-day return window
